SUSAN BATTLEY, PsyD, PhD, is a leadership psychologist and author with more than two decades of experience advising senior executives, management teams, and high performance organizations. MARTHA E. SHERMAN, PhD, is an organization development consultant with more than 25 years of global corporate experience in the areas of leadership and team development, strategic and organizational planning, and executive coaching.  She has worked with executive teams in the United States, Asia, Europe and Latin America on business merger integration and change management initiatives.  Her expertise includes the financial services industry and non-profit arts and cultural organizations.  She is a regular lecturer on leadership development at MIT Sloan School of Management, University of Pennsylvania, and the Cornell International Labor Relations Program.
