SUSAN BATTLEY, PsyD, PhD, is a leadership psychologist and author with more than two decades of experience advising senior executives, management teams, and high performance organizations. She is an expert in executive and organization effectiveness, including CEO behavior, talent strategy and management, and organizational change. An internationally recognized behavioral scientist, Dr. Battley has a proven track record of designing and implementing customized, results-oriented programs that leverage a senior executive's or leadership team's untapped potential for performance excellence.
